Looking for something striking and romantic for your Valentine? Then stop by Cafe Atlantico to sample mixologist Jill Zimorksi's "Champagne and Caviar" cocktail. No, the caviar (blessedly) isn't make from fish eggs. Jill uses a dropper and a bit of bartender ingenuity to create little strawberry beads, which are placed into a tin and used to garnish the drink tableside. The "caviar" produces a beautiful effect as it floats in the cocktail, and as you take a sip, the tiny spheres burst in your mouth, giving a delightful strawberry flavor to the Champagne. Just lovely.
