La Louche, bien sur
Getting ready to entertain some family this weekend, so I'm searching through my emails to find some cocktail recipes I've been meaning to try. I'm feeling yellow chartreuse and gin (both of which I have on hand, thankfully. And I've been looking for something fun to do with the Lillet. Think I'll whip up La Louche to get things started, courtesy of Mixologist Charlotte Voisey: La Louche 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse 1/2 oz. Lillet Rouge 1/2 oz. Hendricks Gin 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Shake all well with ice, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.
