Fall cocktails at Bourbon Steak

Just got the list of the new cocktails for fall at Bourbon Steak in DC. As always, they make me drool. Created by head bartenders Duane Sylvestre and Jamie MacBain, the list has the classic and the contemporary, and both hot and cold. Any of these would be perfect to sip outside on Bourbon Steak's patio, warmed by a fire pit or heater. The drinks will be available until December, when the bar team will no doubt concoct some yummy sips for the winter months.

Alexander Cocktail Bols Genever, Crème de cacao, cream, nutmeg garnish

Perfect Pear Jim Beam Rye, Clear Creek pear liqueur, Dolin dry, Clear Creek pear brandy mist

Spot On Muddled grapefruit peel, Plymouth gin, fresh lemon, Earl Grey syrup, egg white

Winter JamPlymouth, fresh lemon, pineapple, Punt e Mes, quince rosemary jam shaken and served up with a lemon peel

Rimoka Spiced chocolate mix, Kahlua especial, Jim Beam Rye, hot coffee, cream

Hot “Buttered" Rum Myer’s, El Dorado, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice served in a latte glass with dulce de leche foam
