Michael Mina to host special wine dinner at Bourbon Steak

Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC On Friday, November 12, 2010, Chef Michael Mina will host a very special wine dinner at Bourbon Steak, his fine dining restaurant located at Four Seasons Hotel in DC. The dinner will feature wines from Ambullneo Vineyards in Santa Maria, California and guests will enjoy a four-course menu specially created by Chef Mina to complement the outstanding vintages.   A small production winery in California’s Central Coast, winemaker and proprietor Greg Linn established Ambullneo to create a winery based on blends of top-quality fruit bought from very select vineyards. The highly successful and exclusive label can now be found in many of the country’s finest restaurants including The French Laundry, Rubicon and Michael Mina establishments.

The dinner is priced at $105 per person not including wine pairings, and $170 per person with wine pairings but excluding tax and gratuity.  For reservations, call 202.944.2026, and specify when reserving that you would like the special wine dinner menu (it's available that night from 5:30 to 10:30 PM.)
