Featured Cocktail: Peep Show

Hot off the presses of the new summer cocktail menu at D.C.'s Black Jack and Pearl Dive Oyster Palace comes this ultra refreshing, (literally) cool-as-a-cucumber concoction from bartending brothers Ari and Micah Wilder. The sweet-tartness of sloe gin plays of Hendricks' rose and cucumber notes, and cucumber water and lemon juice add to its thirst-quenching ability. The Wilder brothers top the libation with their Devils Pass tonic, a blend of bright seasonal citrus, spice and cinchona bark. You can get more information on how to get your hands on their house made ingredients on their website. If you don't have it, substitute a high quality tonic like Fever Tree or Q Tonic.
