Featured Cocktail: Pop's Milk Punch
While sourcing great cocktail recipes recently for a feature on rum, I came across this creamy, yummy drink created by Eric Johnson, the man behind the bar program at San Diego's Sycamore Den (you can also find his recipe for the Hardly Wallbanger here.) I love the molasses spiciness of black strap rum, which works so well with the bitterness of the espresso. Serve it up in a large cocktail glass, on the rocks in a highball glass, or in a Thermos to keep it nice and cold.
